Salary + Performance Related Pay + Attractive Options Scheme

Q-Bot is looking to hire a talented Electronic Engineer to join a multidisciplinary Product Development team. The role will primarily consist of the complete design and implementation of electronic systems for our next generation robotic platforms: taking high level requirements to derive detailed requirements, sourcing modules or designing PCBs from scratch, prototyping and testing the complete design, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial prototypes into production.

In particular Q-Bot is looking for someone comfortable designing hardware architecture and PCBs for microcontrollers and mini PCs. Although the role is primarily electronic systems design for production and manufacturing the successful applicant will be asked to engage with other areas of design and engineering, for example; full robot testing, firmware, controls, and design.

This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with a high tech, high growth company, and work within a creative and dynamic team. To make the most of this exciting opportunity Q-Bot is looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and who will be motivated by seeing their efforts have a real and lasting positive impact for the UK and beyond. The successful candidate will be rewarded with an exciting, diverse, and demanding role which has many opportunities for career progression.

Salary will depend on experience and the successful candidate will also be invited to take part in the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) and / or performance related pay.
