When you submit a service enquiry through our website form (powered by WP Forms), we collect the following personal data:

This data is collected on the legal basis of legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Form submissions are stored securely within our WordPress database and are not shared with third parties other than our email service provider. Data is retained for a maximum of 5 years unless a contract is entered into, in which case our standard data retention schedule applies.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, we rely on your consent before placing any non-essential cookies (analytics and preference cookies). 6. Third-party cookies and data transfers
Our use of GA4 means that data about your visit (including device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address) is transferred to Google LLC servers, which may be located outside the UK and EEA. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and under the terms of a Data Processing Agreement with us, using Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism.
We also use Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) for behavioural analytics. Data collected by Clarity, including session recordings and heatmap data, may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation servers in the United States. This transfer is lawful under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. acts as an independent data controller for Clarity data in Europe.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or social media profiling.
