From stock assessment to underfloor insulation
Easier upgrades, healthier properties
Managing multiple homes is complex—but improving them doesn’t have to be.
Q-Bot delivers a fast, safe, and hassle-free underfloor insulation process that keeps your properties warmer, drier, and more energy-efficient, all backed by TrustMark approval and a 25-year Insurance Backed Guarantee (if applicable).
Step 1
Smarter stock assessment
We start by assessing your housing stock. Using advanced algorithms and data from sources like the national EPC register, housing stock records and even Google Street View, we enrich your data and feed it straight back into your Asset Management system. This gives you a clear, reliable picture of where improvements can make the biggest impact.

Step 2
A business plan that works for you
Every landlord has different priorities. That’s why we work hand in hand with your team to create a tailored business plan. Whether you’re looking for a staged approach or a large-scale rollout, we’ll build a programme that fits your needs, budgets, and timelines – always focused on maximising return and resident satisfaction.

Step 3
Site survey
Next, one of our accredited surveyors inspects the underfloor void to confirm whether it’s suitable for Q-Bot’s underfloor insulation.
During the survey, we record key details such as void height, access points, moisture levels, ventilation, and the condition of floor joists and services. Where required, we install or upgrade ventilation to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and best practice.
All survey data is securely uploaded to our Install Management system, creating a live, traceable record of subfloor conditions and improvements made.

Step 4
Hassle-free installation
Finally, we deliver the upgrades. We coordinate directly with residents to arrange convenient installation dates and carry out the work quickly and efficiently. Our insulation system is applied by layers of spray foam insulation underneath the floor and backed by a 25-year Insurance Backed Guarantee (if applicable).
The result: Warmer homes, lower bills and happier tenants, while improving the long-term value and energy performance of your portfolio.
