Floor insulation programme across 180 UK homes(2022) This case study shows the impact of insulating suspended floors of different property types and sizes. This includes houses from Abri Group, Aston Group, Camden Council, Curo Group, Flagship Group, Midas Group, Osborne Energy, Oxford City Council, Plus Dane Housing, Stonewater, and The Guinness Partnership. The measure impact was an average reduction of the heat loss by 77% and cold draughts by 1/3. Q-Bot’s underfloor insulation was the most cost-effective solution with an average EPC improvement of 5 points. |
