Q-Bot Statement - Coronavirus Update
London, 16 March 2020 – Q-Bot would like to assure its customers that we are carefully monitoring the situation and understand that how we operate and interact going forward needs to be done in a manner that protects our customers, our employees and our partners.
Going forward we will implement measures to ensure that if and when we come into contact with our customers we are doing so in a safe manner. To assist in doing so we will kindly ask that if you are showing any of the symptoms, as per NHS guidelines, that you reschedule your install/survey. You can do so by either calling the number below or responding to this email.
To assist in providing a safe install and survey, Q-Bot will call or text 24hrs before your install is scheduled to take place and 1hr before it commences. Should you feel unwell or display any of the following symptoms, please let us know asap;
- Raised temperature at or above 37.5
- Persistent Cough
- Have been in contact with anyone who you know that displays any of the above or has recently been diagnosed as a carrier of COVID-19
We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure that our response is in line with advice from the NHS and UK government and ensuring we provide a level of care to safeguard health and safety of our customers and staff.
